Digital chart and instructions in English (US terms) with detailed photos for creating the Big Skulls pattern in mosaic crochet. This pattern uses the overlay mosaic crochet technique.

Pattern includes 2 charts, the original full skull, and a no-jaw version. The pattern also includes instructions for creating pillows, and a cell phone bag. You can also use the charts to create anything from blankets to bags, placemats, wall-art, clothes and more! Great for Halloween and for those who like skulls around year-round!

This is an intermediate level mosaic crochet pattern. The pattern is chart based and NOT written row by row. These charts have several special stitches, and each pattern includes a detailed photo tutorial of those stitches, as well as reference photos for completed rows. If you're new to mosaic crochet there are links to video tutorials within the pattern to help teach you the technique and how to read a chart pattern.

Fantastic!

This pattern is so well made! The chart is easy to follow. The pictures that show what the pattern should look like and YouTube video that walks you through the special stitches step by step is incredibly helpful for someone who is trying mosaic crochet for the first time. The stitch placement is easy to learn and after you've made a few repeats of the chart it becomes super quick and easy to keep going. I love the fact that you put in the math for a starting chain to really make the pattern customizable to what ever you want to make, and that you included instructions for working on the round as well as flat pieces! And that you included 2 different looks for the skull. It's like getting 4 patterns for the price of one! I'm so glad I found you, and will probably be purchasing more of your patterns in the future!

The chart is clear and easy to follow. The written explanation, and the photo examples of the special stitches needed are very helpful. It was only my second attempt at mosaic crochet and I found it easy to make an amazing cushion

Impressive understanding of the shapes

I love it! Instructions are clear, pattern is easy to make, and Sixel is real artist. She really understands how seemingly subtle differences in stitch slant or position create overall shapes in the design. I am impressed!
