Full Moon

Digital chart and instructions in English (US Terms) with detailed photos for creating the "Full Moon" pattern in mosaic crochet. This pattern uses the overlay mosaic crochet technique.

Let's take crochet to the outer limits with a realistic full moon pattern! This design is made using 3-color mosaic/tapestry crochet, allowing you to paint the moon for different seasons and moods. You could also crochet this in a simpler 2-color version and have the craters and background the same color. Pattern includes instructions for a pillow, but you can use the charts to create just about anything.

This is an advanced level mosaic crochet pattern. The pattern is chart based and NOT written row by row. These charts have several special stitches, and each pattern includes a detailed photo tutorial of those stitches, as well as reference photos for completed rows. If you’re new to mosaic crochet there are links to video tutorials within the pattern to help teach you the technique and how to read a chart pattern.
